All prices are listed in MYR. We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.
While we strive to ensure product accuracy, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct any order placed.

4. Orders & Payment

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary and tracking details when available.

5. Shipping

We offer shipping within Malaysia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Lumière is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, returns on used products are not accepted. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
